SHIPPING, RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Shipping

Boards are big so shipping is kind of a big deal. Here is a breakdown of our shipping rates by board size and shipping zones:

Domestic Shipping (48 Contiguous States)

Boards up to 6' (total dimensional weight up to 99 lbs) $50
Boards 6'1" to 8' (total dimensional weight up to 146 lbs) $75
Boards 8'1" to 9'6" (total dimensional weight up to 450 lbs) $100

Domestic Shipping (HI, AK, PR and all US territories including military installations)

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all US territories is calculated using FedEx. Rates will be based on shipping address entered before checkout.

International Shipping

INT does not currently ship to countries outside of the United States or its territories. We are more than happy to work with scheduled freight forwarders operating within the 48 contiguous states.

Returns

INT Softboards accepts returns under the following conditions: 

- within 30 days of receiving the merchandise 
- if the merchandise is unused and in it's original condition and packaging
 
If the aforementioned criteria has been met and we receive and accept the returned merchandise, we will refund the value of the returned merchandise only. INT is not responsible for nor will it refund or reimburse for the costs of shipping for either the original or return shipments.

Refunds

Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. If we accept your returned merchandise, we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund or have not been notified of receipt of returned merchandise, please check with your credit card company or bank before contacting us. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to complete. If it has been at least 5 business days since the refund was processed and you have contacted your credit company or bank and you still have not received a refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)

INT Softboards accepts exchanges under the following conditions:

- within 30 days of receiving the merchandise 
- if the merchandise is unused and in it's original condition and packaging

If the aforementioned criteria has been met and we receive and accept the returned merchandise, we will apply the value of the returned merchandise towards the merchandise you would like to receive. If the merchandise you would like to receive is a different value than the merchandise from the original purchase order, we will either refund or charge the difference to the card used for the original purchase before we ship the requested merchandise. We will not reimburse the value of the shipping to return the merchandise to INT and you be responsible for the shipping on the merchandise you are exchanging for.

**INT is not responsible for shipping costs to return or exchange merchandise.

If you are shipping merchandise that is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned merchandise.
