Transit [tran-sit, -zit]: the act or fact of passing across or through; passage from one place to another.

The passage of water across the surface of a board is what creates the unique experience of surfing. As surfers, board designers and craftsmen, it is this experience that motivates us to continually explore, innovate, design and build premium foam surf craft for those of all ages and abilities on the search for fun and function every time they paddle out. From design to delivery, every INT board is made at our factory in Carlsbad, CA using 100% recyclable foam blanks and bio-based epoxy resin.

INT. In transit since 2001.

At The Core.

As surfers, what goes into our boards is as important as how they perform. Quality is central to this cause so we place a great deal of focus on using the best materials to pair with our attention to detail in hand shaped construction.

We build each of our soft surfboards using an iFoam core, a proprietary closed-cell foam that is lightweight, waterproof, highly durable and 100% recyclable. These cores are molded in the US by Marko Foam. The decks and hand shaped rails are made of soft but strong polyethylene foam. The bottom of each board in our Slick Bottom Collection is built with a padded, high density polyethylene skin while our hybrids are constructed like traditional surfboards using layers of fiberglass and epoxy resin.

The combination of high grade materials and our emphasis on quality through every step of the manufacturing process ensure the board you buy will endure the toughest conditions without sacrificing great performance for years to come.
